Songs from my youth...

I starteed to hum this song today, without knowing, and the lyrics just came to me. This was from elementary school.

There stands a little man in the deep dark woods.
He wears a purple coat and a small black hood.
Tell me who this man can be, standing there so silently.
In his purple coat and his small black hood.

Another song is called, "Witches Brew" but I can remember the lyrics completely. I just remember it says, 'Put them in my witches brew. I got magic. Alakazam, akazu." Something like that.

I'm just posting to remind me to look them up and research them.

UPDATE: FOUND ONE. I'LL JUST KEEP POSTED THE SONGS I FIND THAT I REMEMBER!

WITCHES BREW
By Hap Palmer

Dead leaves, seaweed, rotten eggs, too.
Stir them in my witches' brew.
I got magic, Alakazamakazoo.

Spider web, moldy bread, mucky mud, too.
Stir them in my witches' brew.
I got magic! Alakazamakazoo

Ooo - My witches' brew - ooo
What's it gonna do to you?
Boo!
Floor wax, thumb tacks, purple paint, too.
Stir them in my witches' brew.
I got magic, Alakazamakazoo.

Finger nails, lunch pails, apple cores, too.
Stir them in my witches' brew.
I got magic, Alakazamakazoo.

Ooo - My witches' brew - ooo
What's it gonna do to you?
Boo!

Wrinkled prunes, mushrooms, motor oil, too.
Stir them in my witches' brew.
I got magic, Alakazamakazoo.
I got magic, Alakazamakazoo.

GHOST OF TOM
Have you seen the ghost of Tom?
Long white bones with the skin all gone.
Po-oo-or Old Tom!
Wouldn't it be chilly with no skin on?
Boo!
